Resep Masakan Enak : Dendeng Cabe Hijau

DENDENG CABE IJO

BAHAN – BAHAN :

Minyak untuk menggoreng

250 gram Dendeng sapi manis, potong memanjang

2 sendok makan minyak

5 siung bawang putih, iris tipis – tipis

8 butir bawang merah, iris tipis – tipis

2 cm lengkuas, iris tipis

3 lembar daun jeruk sobek sobek

10 buah cabe hijau haluskan

½ sendok teh garam

1 sendok the gula pasir

Bawang putih goreng

Cara membuat :

1.       Panaskan minyak pada api kecil

2.       Goreng dendeng hingga agak lunak, angkat tiriskan

3.       Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih, bawang merah, lengkuas dan daun jeruk hingga harum.

4.       Tambahkan cabai, gula garam aduk rata dan angkat

Penyajian :

1.       Atur dendeng di atas piring saji

2.       Tuangkan cabai yang telah di tumis tadi di atasnya

3.       Sajikan segera
